Vibrant Framed Bohemian Child Illustration

A wonderfully unusual original illustration with a distinctly bohemian spirit. 🌞

This charming figurative artwork depicts a young, barefoot figure sitting cross-legged against a wonderfully vibrant golden-yellow background. With flowing blonde hair, patterned green trousers and a relaxed, almost meditative pose, the piece has a playful, free-spirited quality that feels somewhere between children's illustration, 1970s bohemia and sunny coastal living, with an unexpected juxtaposition against the dark frame.

We can picture it perfectly in an airy beach house, surf shack or eclectic bedroom - particularly alongside natural wood, rattan, woven textiles and plenty of plants.

Please note: The artwork has been presented in a traditional wooden frame which was originally designed for landscape orientation. As a result, there is currently no conventional hanging fixture in the correct position for portrait orientation.

The frame is otherwise a lovely feature of the piece, with a generous dark mount which complements the artwork beautifully. The buyer may wish to use removable picture-hanging strips or have a suitable hanging fixture fitted to the reverse.
