Returns & Refunds

At The Wiggly Easel, a lot of our pieces have a past - that’s part of the charm! Most of our art is second-hand or has been lovingly refurbished, and we do our best to show and describe any quirks, marks, or signs of age before it heads off to its new home.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns unless something arrives damaged in a way we didn’t mention in the listing.

Something not quite right?

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged and it wasn’t already noted in the description, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a quick message at thewigglyeasel@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A couple of clear photos of the damage

  • A note about what’s gone wrong

We’ll take a look and, if the damage wasn’t already listed, we’ll sort you out with a full refund — no faff, no fuss.

Who covers what?

If a return is needed because of damage we missed, we’ll cover the return shipping (or, in some cases, you might not need to return it at all).
